CHAM, Germany -- Another case of BSE has been confirmed in a cow in Germany, taking to three the number of confirmed cases in the country, local officials said Wednesday. A new laboratory test has confirmed that the animal in the southern town of Cham near Regensburg has BSE (bovine spongiform encephalopathy) or "mad cow" disease, the officials said. (DPA)
